Job Functions
- Drive behavioral change across managers and hourly employees related to scheduling, time tracking, and labor practices.
- Support the adoption of new processes that enhance compliance with labor laws and promote employee wellbeing.
- Assess change readiness and identify resistance patterns across manufacturing sites.
- Partner with site leaders, HR, and operations teams to translate change strategies into practical, site-level execution plans.
- Develop and deliver tailored communication and training to ensure effective adoption and sustainment of new practices.
- 5–8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation roles.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale system implementations (HRIS, Workforce Management, ERP, etc.).
- Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant-based environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change across diverse populations, including hourly and non-exempt employees.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience supporting Latin American regions (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil) preferred.
