Job Function
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies across multiple transformation waves.
- Provide quality assurance for all change management deliverables, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex change challenges, resistance, or delivery risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to embed change management thinking into future initiatives and organizational practices.
- Coach and support change management leads and facilitate cross-team alignment to maintain momentum and share best practices.
- 10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or large-scale Transformation roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-country transformation programs.
- Strong ability to influence and work effectively with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience designing and implementing change management frameworks, playbooks, and governance models.
- Fluent in English; business-level Spanish is strongly preferred, especially for LATAM program scope.
