What's the Job?
- Serve as a customer service data reporting contact for schools and districts in Wisconsin.
- Create, oversee, and monitor requests, incidents, and problem resolution using user support "ticketing" software.
- Work with school districts to help them understand how to use WISEdata and WISEdash for data reviews.
- Present training sessions, both virtual and on-site, to support data application usage and reporting processes.
- Assist in identifying process improvements through business process analysis in collaboration with the WISE data product owner.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data reporting, or support roles within education software systems.
- Ability to create and manage support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Comfort with presenting training sessions and providing technical support.
- Openness to on-site or virtual training and travel around Wisconsin as needed.
- Understanding of application programming interface (API) technologies and data warehousing is a plus.
