What's the Job?
- Provide support to end users on a variety of IT issues, including password resets and network access assistance.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical issues reported by employees, citizens, and monitoring systems.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support promptly and professionally.
- Assist both state agency employees and citizens in accessing and using Wisconsin applications effectively.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call centers, or basic IT troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT support concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Willingness to work the 2nd shift hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin at own expense prior to start date.
