What's the Job?
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance activities across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, processes, and equipment to maintain optimal plant performance.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance efforts.
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, allocate resources, and monitor key performance indicators such as equipment uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience in the food industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical background with experience in IQF and frozen food processing, packaging, and warehousing equipment.
- Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo) and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
