- Lead and supervise a team of analysts and technicians in data collection projects.
- Coordinate resource allocation and manage workflow processes to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed workflow outlines, project plans, and process documentation.
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and motivation to team members to foster growth and success.
- At least 1 year of experience in project or operations management or consulting.
- Experience working on data collection or user research projects.
- Proven ability to manage teams across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Office and G Suite applications.
- Willingness to become an expert in project workflows and drive process improvements.
