What’s the Job?
- Conduct internal research studies, sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Compose consistent reports, flagging identified trends and issues found throughout data collections.
- Drive project success by providing continual feedback for collection teams, both internal and external.
- Recruit internal participants through various recruitment practices.
- Support training and continual improvement of teams, conducting weekly QA audits, and authoring guidelines to promote clarity.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics, cognitive science, information systems).
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Superior analysis, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel).
