What's the Job?
- Conduct payment activity research for data on first delinquency dates
- Perform data entry tasks, including basic calculations
- Follow standard operating procedures and internal protocols
- Communicate internally via email and Teams to provide updates and ask questions
- Assist in researching loan accounts and credit lines to identify delinquencies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in processing repetitive tasks or related roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Comprehensive training covering SOPs and procedures
