Delivery Lead (Data Transformation)

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Data & Technology department supporting large-scale data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range

What's the Job?

• Lead the execution of a multi-wave wholesale data migration program, overseeing Waves 2, 3, and 4.
• Manage delivery governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes are on track.
• Partner with senior leaders and program sponsors to maintain alignment and momentum for project delivery.
• Oversee large-scale database environment migrations from on-premises systems to Google Cloud Platform.
• Coordinate and manage multiple parallel workstreams across data, infrastructure, engineering, testing, and operations teams.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Proven experience managing large-scale technology or data transformation initiatives, especially database migrations.
• Strong background in leading database migration programs, with familiarity in Teradata migrations and cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud migration concepts, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage complexity and scale across multiple workstreams.
