What's the Job?
- Lead the execution of a multi-wave wholesale data migration program, overseeing Waves 2, 3, and 4.
- Manage delivery governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes are on track.
- Partner with senior leaders and program sponsors to maintain alignment and momentum for project delivery.
- Oversee large-scale database environment migrations from on-premises systems to Google Cloud Platform.
- Coordinate and manage multiple parallel workstreams across data, infrastructure, engineering, testing, and operations teams.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology or data transformation initiatives, especially database migrations.
- Strong background in leading database migration programs, with familiarity in Teradata migrations and cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud migration concepts, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders effectively.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage complexity and scale across multiple workstreams.
