Job Title: Chassis Design Engineer II

What’s the Job?
- Lead and support race vehicle chassis design projects from concept through validation
- Create and release detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for chassis systems and components
- Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and material/manufacturing knowledge to production‑ready designs
- Interpret and correlate test data and FEA results to drive continuous design improvements
- Plan, execute, and complete assigned engineering projects with minimal supervision
- BSME or MSME with 5 years of automotive or motorsports engineering experience
- 3 years of direct experience designing automotive chassis components and/or systems
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, chassis fundamentals, and load management
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D drawing creation with applied GD&T (CATIA V5/V6 preferred)
- Experience with FEA (Abaqus a plus), materials, and manufacturing processes in a product development environment
