Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents related to corporate matters.
- Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings, and general corporate transactions.
- Support corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.
- Assist clients with strategic business and transactional initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients on sophisticated corporate transactions.
- Manage transactional matters from inception through closing.
- Support a broad range of corporate and business law matters within a team-oriented environment.
- J.D. from an accredited law school required. Active New York Bar admission required or ability to obtain admission promptly. 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience within a law firm environment.
Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters preferred.

- Salary range: $180,000 – $260,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Compensation is determined based on office location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
