Immigration Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a well rounded, highly motivated Immigration Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of law firm experience in business and family based immigration to join our Miami office. The associate will work closely with partners and clients on a variety of immigration matters for both employers and individuals in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent foreign nationals and U.S. employers in:
• Employment based immigrant and non immigrant visa petitions
• Investment visas
• Family based immigrant visa petitions
• Consular processing and naturalization
• Handle cases before USCIS, DOL, ICE, and DOS
• Advise employers on immigration and labor compliance
• Draft and review petitions, applications, and related legal documents
• Communicate directly with clients, partners, and government agencies

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved law school
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• 2–3 years of law firm experience in business and family based immigration
• Experience representing both corporate and individual immigration clients
• Strong legal writing, document drafting, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team oriented attitude
• Comfortable with direct client and partner interaction
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) preferred
