What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Attorney position at Habitat Immigration Law Firm?
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration law practice in Miami, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employment- and investment-based immigration, particularly EB-5 investor visas and business immigration, while also being comfortable handling a broad range of immigration matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with international investors, entrepreneurs, businesses, families, and individuals and wants to be part of a growing and entrepreneurial legal team.
Spanish fluency is strongly preferred due to our significant Spanish-speaking client base

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
