Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.

Positions Available

Full-Time Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 12-hour shifts

• Every other weekend required

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid monthly over one year

Part-Time Night Shift

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts

• Every other weekend required

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour

Pay is based on verified nursing experience:

• RN starting rate: $32.00/hour

• LPN starting rate: $28.00/hour

• Additional $0.10/hour for each year of verified nursing experience

• Up to 20 years of experience

• Maximum rate: RN $34.00/hour | LPN $30.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants

• Follow applicable state, federal, and facility standards

• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills

• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Compassionate and committed to providing excellent resident care

• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
