Positions Available

1 Full-Time Day Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

1 Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour

Additional Pay & Incentives

• $0.10/hour for each year of nursing experience (up to 20 years)

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
