Our close-knit, family-oriented culture is built on support, respect, and teamwork. As our census continues to grow this season, we are expanding our nursing team and looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join us.
Open Positions & Schedules
LPN/RN PRN Days — 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
LPN/RN Part-Time Evenings — 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Compensation
LPNs: $33.00/hour
RNs: $38.00/hour

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Active Illinois LPN or RN license
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
Flexibility and reliability
