We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. The HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in supporting both recruitment and broader HR initiatives. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Coordinate and host hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide team support
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
- Promote a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience
HR Generalist Functions
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Assist with employee relations by providing guidance aligned with company policies and best practices
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or a Recruitment-related credential (required)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated passion for human resources and supporting employee success
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and prioritization skills with a willingness to seek support from team during high-volume hiring needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining a respectful and productive workplace environment
