We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist – Consultant Support (Part-time position) to join our team and work alongside senior consultants to deliver high-quality HR solutions to clients. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.
What You’ll Do
- Support senior consultants with day-to-day HR tasks and client projects.
- Assist with recruiting efforts: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Prepare and update job descriptions, employee handbooks, and HR policies.
- Support onboarding activities and new hire paperwork.
- Track and monitor employee leave (FMLA and other leaves of absence).
- Review employee timecards for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations, benefits, and training initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, providing notes and follow-up support.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of HR experience.
- Associate’s degree in HR or business-related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to learn HR consulting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS knowledge a plus.
