Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations from project start through closeout
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; lead site safety meetings
- Coordinate inspections with school districts, municipalities, and governing agencies
- Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation
- Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, budgeting, and change management
- Resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule conflicts proactively
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to public works standards
- 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in K-12 and/or Public Works projects
- Proven experience working with school districts, municipalities, or other public agencies
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction technology (Procore or similar preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
- Competitive base salary: $125,000 – $160,000, depending on experience
