Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing concrete construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in construction, preferably with concrete projects
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure concrete work
- Familiarity with local Phoenix building codes and regulations
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
