About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle—from precon to punchlist
- Build budgets, track costs, and protect margin without burning bridges
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scopes, and performance
- Keep schedules tight and communication tighter
- Coordinate with building management, design teams, and field staff
- Represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and zero ego
- 4–5 years as a full PM in the Bay Area
- Experience running multiple TI projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of interior systems and MEP coordination

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $125K–$220K
