Key Responsibilities:

- Verify patient information and update records in the system
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Document call details accurately in the system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous call center or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
