We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care for a 13-week contract in Glendive, Montana. The SLP will provide speech therapy and rehabilitation services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.

This is a day-shift assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week and no on-call requirement.

• Provide speech-language therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting.

• Evaluate residents and identify individualized speech-language rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on resident needs and functional goals.

• Monitor resident progress and modify therapy interventions as clinically appropriate.

• Maintain required therapy documentation and coordinate rehabilitation care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Minimum 1 Year of Speech-Language Pathologist Experience Required.

• Current, Active Speech-Language Pathologist License Required; Specific State Licensure Requirement Must Be Verified.

• Experience Providing Speech Therapy Services in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care Setting Required.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts Required.

• Ability to Maintain the Required 36-Hour Weekly Schedule Required.
