We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care for a 13-week contract in Glendive, Montana. The PT will provide rehabilitation services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.

This is a day-shift assignment with 38 guaranteed hours per week and no on-call requirement.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting.

• Evaluate patient mobility, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment interventions as clinically appropriate.

• Maintain required therapy documentation and coordinate rehabilitation care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Less Than 1 Year of Physical Therapist Experience Accepted Per Requisition.

• Current, Active Physical Therapist License Required; Specific State Licensure Requirement Must Be Verified.

• Ability to Provide Physical Therapy Services in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care Setting Required.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts Required.

• Ability to Maintain the Required 38-Hour Weekly Schedule Required.
