Pay Rate: $ 2,100 To $ 2,379 Per week

Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week outpatient rehabilitation contract in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The OT will evaluate and treat patients based on individual clinical needs, diagnoses, physician orders, and established licensure standards.

This role includes individualized treatment planning, patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team. New graduates with inpatient and/or outpatient experience may be considered, while two or more years of experience is preferred.

• Evaluate patients and provide individualized occupational therapy treatment based on diagnosis, symptoms, physician orders, and clinical needs.

• Develop treatment plans and educate patients and families regarding therapy procedures, assistive devices, and home programs.

• Monitor patient progress, identify significant changes in condition, and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on patient goals, care planning, treatment scheduling, and discharge planning.

• Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in accordance with applicable licensure and care standards.

• Current North Dakota Occupational Therapist License Required Prior to Start.

• Current Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed (OTR/L) Credential Through NBCOT Required Prior to Start.

• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Required Prior to Start.

• Inpatient and/or Outpatient Occupational Therapy Experience Required; New Graduates May Be Considered and 2 Years of Experience Preferred.

• Current Driver's License With an Acceptable Driving Record Required Prior to Start.
