We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care for a 13-week contract in Glendive, Montana. The OT will provide occupational therapy and rehabilitation services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.

This is a day-shift assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week and no on-call requirement.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care setting.

• Evaluate residents and identify individualized functional and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Monitor resident progress and modify therapy interventions as clinically appropriate.

• Maintain required therapy documentation and coordinate rehabilitation care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Minimum 1 Year of Occupational Therapist Experience Required.

• Current, Active Occupational Therapist License Required; Specific State Licensure Requirement Must Be Verified.

• Ability to Provide Occupational Therapy Services in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care Setting Required.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts Required.

• Ability to Maintain the Required 36-Hour Weekly Schedule Required.
