Our client, an education and training services company, is looking for a Temp to Perm Jr. Executive Assistant!
This role starts asap with the potential to go permanent if the right fit.
Hours: 9am – 5pm (with flexibility for OT as needed)
*Fully Onsite
Location: Financial District
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by maintaining awareness of key initiatives, anticipating needs, and managing competing priorities and deliverables.
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, responding to requests for the CEO’s time while exercising discretion with sensitive, confidential, and time-critical matters.
- Serve as a liaison between the Office of the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders, including board members, major donors, and government officials.
- Represent the CEO in communications with internal and external partners, building strong relationships across the organization and beyond.
- Screen and manage calls and visit requests, determining which matters to address directly, delegate, or escalate to the CEO.
- Prepare and organize briefing materials for meetings, reports, presentations, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate special projects and events, conduct research, and compile data to support planning and decision-making.
- Oversee administrative workflows and communications for the Office of the CEO, including monitoring and approving departmental expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities; a collaborative nature

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
