A distinguished and highly collaborative Private Equity firm in Midtown is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support two key Senior Executives on the team. Location: Midtown West —Onsite Monday-Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- High-Level Executive Support: Manage complex, shifting calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Specialized Tasks: Support executive workstreams, including recruitment scheduling and managing data within Salesforce.
- Presentation Materials: Assist with the creation and refinement of presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint.
- Team-Oriented Collaboration: Work alongside the existing EA team to provide seamless backup and coverage; no task is too small in this environment.
- Proactive Project Management: Anticipate needs before they arise, take detailed notes, and manage ad-hoc projects as the firm continues to scale.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5–10 years of EA experience within Finance.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce and expert-level PowerPoint skills.
- The "Roll Up Your Sleeves" Attitude: You are someone who finds fulfillment in traditional EA duties but is also happy to jump in and help with office-wide needs.
- Discretion: Impeccable judgment and a deep understanding of the confidentiality required.
- Meticulous Nature: You are hyper-organized, proactive, and take a high degree of ownership over your work—you are 110% dedicated to the success of the team.
