A premier Private Equity firm in Midtown is seeking a high-caliber, "roll-up-your-sleeves" Executive Assistant to support 2 Senior Executives at the firm. This is a newly created position designed for an EA who takes immense pride in their work and thrives in a truly collaborative environment.
The firm is known for its exceptional, collegial culture where the administrative team of EAs work as a cohesive unit to back each other up. Though primarily supporting the two executives, the ideal candidate is a team player who is happy to assist wherever needed, from complex global logistics to ensuring the office runs seamlessly.
Location: Midtown, onsite Monday-Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Core Executive Support: Manage complex, shifting calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements.
- Specialized Support: Assist with executive specific workstreams, including recruitment scheduling and managing data within Salesforce.
- Presentation Materials: Utilize PowerPoint to help draft and refine presentations and investor flipbooks; manage ad-hoc projects as they arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with existing EA team to provide seamless coverage across the firm; participate in an "all hands" mentality to meet firm-wide goals.
- Financial Admin: Meticulously track and process expense reports and manage sensitive documentation with absolute discretion.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 7 years of EA experience within Finance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and expert-level PowerPoint skills
- Professionalism: High-caliber presence. You understand the importance of the EA role and approach every task—from board materials to office maintenance—with 110% dedication.
- Traits: Hyper-organized, meticulous, and proactive. You are someone who takes notes, anticipates needs, and builds rapport to earn trust and increased responsibility over time.
