This full-time, in-person contract opportunity is available within a vibrant district close to the Seattle area, serving a diverse range of grade bands depending on both your experience and district needs.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid ESA and WA SLP License (copies of licensure required with application)
- Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Strong communications skills, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset
- Ability to work full-time (7.5 hours/day) on campus for the full academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in assigned grade bands (specific caseload determined by candidate fit and district needs)
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress and outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements
- Adapt interventions to address students’ unique needs and promote independence within the educational setting
