Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Help improve students’ access to learning in the classroom environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
- Recommend strategies and modifications to support student success
Qualifications (Required)
- Washington ESA Certification
- Washington State Occupational Therapy License
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based or pediatric experience highly preferred
