Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Washington state OT license (or eligible for licensure)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based practice, specifically with elementary-age children
- Familiarity with IEP process and best practices for supporting diverse learners
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services for an elementary caseload across two school locations
- Conduct assessments and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with classroom educators, families, and related service providers
- Support students’ participation and access within classroom, playground, and school routines
