Responsibilities
- Support sales team with customer quotations and order processing.
- Source suppliers and handle quoting processes.
- Enter orders and review contract requirements for accuracy.
- Ensure all purchase orders meet due dates and quality standards.
- Assist in negotiations and provide customer service to suppliers.
- Proficient in purchasing, data entry, and sourcing.
- Experience with quoting, order entry, MRP, and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of purchase orders and procurement processes.
- Self-motivated learner with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Collaborative mindset and analytical thinking.
- Strong typing skills and administrative support experience.
- Excellent customer service and inventory management abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and purchase order software systems.
