Responsibilities
This TEMP/CONTRACT ROLE is full-time hours (40) position operates Monday through Friday in an office setting. After the training period, enjoy a flexible work schedule with any 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. As part of a small team, you will be treated like family, with birthday celebrations and even a cute dog on the property. The dress code is casual, reflecting the relaxed atmosphere of this family-owned business.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Upload large batch orders to external portals.
- Audit orders and verify accuracy in spreadsheets and QuickBooks.
- Manage purchase orders and conduct pricing checks.
- Handle bi-weekly large customer orders and collaborate with Customer Service.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve product issues.
- Process SKUs and identify backup styles when items are out of stock.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for email correspondence and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inventory or purchase orders (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (helpful but not required).
