A construction company in San Marcos is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to start ASAP!
Temp to Hire, $25/hr
M-F 8-12
Responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and office staff. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, coordinating communication with subcontractors, preparing and maintaining project documentation, and assisting with scheduling and filing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient daily operations in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications:
Administrative or office support experience, preferably in the construction industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with subcontractors, vendors, and team members
Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, and filing procedures preferred
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
