Residential construction company serving San Diego. We’re detail-driven, fast-moving, and client-focused—and we’re looking for a part-time admin pro to keep our operations humming.
Role (20/25 hours/week, weekdays)
Flexible daytime schedule within Mon–Fri business hours; primarily in-office with occasional errands.
What you’ll do
- Triage calls/emails; schedule estimates, site visits, and team calendars
- Keep the CRM organized (leads, pipeline, job status, notes)
- Prepare proposals, change orders, and invoices (QuickBooks or similar)
- Create job folders, track permits/COIs, collect lien releases & W-9s
- Order materials, coordinate deliveries, follow up with subs/vendors
- Light social posting (1–2/week) and updating templates/docs
- Receipt/time tracking and weekly admin checklists
What you bring
- 2 years admin experience (construction/trades a plus)
- Superb organization and follow-through; clear written/verbal communication
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and a CRM (we’ll train)
- Reliable transportation for occasional errands; valid driver’s license
- Able to handle shifting priorities without dropping details
Compensation
- Part-time (20/25 hrs/wk)
- Mileage reimbursement for approved errands
- Paid holidays prorated
