Job Title: Administrative Assistant TEMP TO HIRE
Pay Rate:$23.50-24.50
Schedule: Monday – Friday ONSITE
Schedule: 8am-5pm
LOCATION: Sant Barbara - Carpinteria
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF ADMIN EXPERIENCE. Please do not apply if you do not meet the qualifications.
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their administrative skills in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry, scheduling - working closely with the Operations Manager
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain and organize office documents and records
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with basic correspondence
Support staff with special projects and daily tasks as needed
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner- set up events and manage planning for the leadership team
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required
Software skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
