This role involves coordinating various administrative functions, vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth office workflows to enhance overall productivity.
Duties
- Oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and visitor management
- Help handling bookkeeping tasks using SAGE, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with payroll processing
- Maintain filing systems, records management, and document organization
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order necessary materials
- Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in SAGE for bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
