Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models for companies across the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment landscape
- Conduct fundamental company and industry analysis, including valuation, forecasting, and competitive positioning
- Monitor earnings releases, industry news flow, channel checks, and macro trends impacting the semiconductor supply chain
- Assist in the production of company-specific and thematic research reports for institutional clients
- Analyze industry trends across areas such as AI accelerators, memory, foundry, wafer fabrication equipment, and advanced packaging
- Participate in meetings and calls with company management teams, industry experts, and institutional investors
- Support marketing efforts with sales, trading, and investor clients
- Contribute investment ideas and differentiated research insights to the broader platform
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills
- Demonstrated interest in semiconductors, AI infrastructure, and technology markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial information into clear investment conclusions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience covering semiconductors, hardware, or technology sectors
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry dynamics, including supply chain trends and capital spending cycles
- Progress toward CFA designation is a plus
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
