- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including building and maintaining complex financial models (LBO, DCF, and comparable company analysis) to evaluate potential investments
- Perform comprehensive due diligence by analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and competitive positioning, while coordinating with external advisors
- Support deal execution by preparing investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees
