We are partnering with a leading real estate investment platform seeking to add a Senior Analyst to its Investments & Asset Management team. This individual will play a key role across acquisitions, asset management, development, leasing, and strategic initiatives, with significant exposure to senior leadership and investment decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (Excel and ARGUS) to support acquisitions, developments, leasing, and asset management initiatives.
- Conduct market research, underwriting, and investment analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment committee materials, presentations, and strategic analyses.
- Support transaction execution and due diligence processes, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze asset performance, capital expenditure needs, leasing activity, and broader portfolio strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling and underwriting experience, ideally within real estate investments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ARGUS.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, leases, and investment-related documentation.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within life sciences real estate is a plus.
