A well-established and growing New York insurance defense litigation firm is seeking 3 years attorneys with experience in general liability, automobile, labor law, municipal tort liability, and/or civil rights litigation to join its expanding team. Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Appear for virtual and in-person court appearances
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare reports for insurance carriers and municipal clients
Qualifications
- Active New York State Bar admission (required)
- Federal Bar admission (SDNY and/or EDNY) preferred
- Prior experience in insurance defense, general liability, municipal torts, and/or civil rights litigation
- Third year from $120k
- Experienced attorneys up to $200k
- 2200 billable hour requirement
Required Skills
Experience in insurance defense, general liability, municipal torts, and/or civil rights litigation.
Preferred Skills
Federal Bar admission (SDNY and/or EDNY) preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
From $120k - $200k (depending on experience), 2200 billable hour requirement.
