Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in patent litigation
- Fluency in Mandarin (required)
- Strong academic background (top law school preferred)
- Experience at a well-regarded firm (BigLaw or strong mid-size)
- Demonstrated career stability
- Admission to the relevant bar
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $250K - $300K
- Billable target: 1900 hours
Bonus:
- $10K at 1900 hours & additional tiered bonuses for every 50 hours above
