Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including written discovery, brief writing, depositions, and trial preparation.

Advise clients on intellectual property disputes and strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams and support case management from inception through trial.

Apply expertise in Electrical Engineering, Software, and/or pharmaceutical sciences to complex patent cases.
Requirements

6–8 years of patent litigation experience; prior trial exposure preferred.

Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, and legal research/writing capabilities.

Self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience at a national law firm preferred.

New York Bar admission required.
Compensation

Expected salary: $390,000–$435,000 per year

Actual compensation depends on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
