Key Responsibilities:
• Lead key components of active litigation matters
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on case strategy and trial preparation
• Maintain direct interaction with sophisticated clients
Candidate Profile:
• 3–8 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions and motion practice preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
