The Role
As a Litigation Associate, you will be involved in all phases of sophisticated litigation:
- Legal Research & Writing: Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs in complex matters
- Discovery & Case Development: Manage written discovery, document review, and assist with deposition preparation and participation
- Court Exposure: Attend and support hearings, mediations, and trials
- Client Interaction: Assist with client communications and help deliver responsive, high-quality service
Who You Are
- Licensed & Experienced: JD and licensed in Texas with 2–5 years of civil litigation experience (real estate, construction, commercial, or business litigation)
- Strong Writer: Able to produce clear, well-reasoned legal analysis
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Manages multiple deadlines effectively
- Growth-Oriented: Motivated to develop litigation and courtroom skills
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative professional environment
