Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, auto, and other related claims
- Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with clients and partners to develop defense strategies, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and provide high-quality legal representation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with state bar
- Prior experience in insurance defense or related litigation is preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fully in office and hybrid option are available
