IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Salary: $65,000-70,000. This position is eligible for benefits through our client
Qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience required; a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred but not mandatory. Experience within a law firm environment is considered an asset.
Job Description:
This role serves as the front line for all technology needs across the firm—handling helpdesk calls, tracking tickets, and troubleshooting a wide range of issues across hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, and office phones. The main focus will be Microsoft Software Troubleshoot & hardware support- also someone with strong A/V troubleshooting background.
Skills Required – Top 3:
- Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 2016 support
- Active Directory & Exchange (user management, access, email support)
- End-user support (hardware/software troubleshooting, ticketing systems)
Preferred but not required:
- Law or professional services environment
- A/V conferencing tools (Skype for Business, meeting room setup)
- Citrix / Cisco AnyConnect (VPN)
