Description:
Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them with any account related questions. Calls could consist of the following: general questions, taking payments, billing, power outages, establishing/disconnecting services, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of customer service/call center experience.
*Some college is preferred*
*Incredible intangible skills* (professionalism, character, values, communication, etc.) - assess the things you can't see on the resume
Experience working in the Utility industry/sector is a plus (i.e. Energy)
Ability to provide or proven track record of excellent customer service
