Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train others
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and tracking
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting and repair purposes
- Ability to perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Welding skills to maintain or fabricate metal structures is a plus
